With the amount of cold weather we have had recently I’ve been really putting my crock pot to work. Soups, stews, and roasts are all such staple winter foods for us. There’s nothing better than throwing dinner in the crock pot before work and coming home to the comforting aromas of a warm and hearty dinner. This ended up being a keeper and even my picky little toddler liked it.
6 cups chopped potato ( you can peel them if you’d like, but we tend not to in our home)
4 cups vegetable broth
3/4 lb Kielbasa
1/2 tsp garlic and herb no salt seasoning
1 1/2 cups frozen green beans, thawed
What To Do
Combine the potatoes, vegetable broth, sausage, seasoning, and 2 cups of water into the crock pot.
Add salt and pepper to your liking.
Cook covered on low for 10 hours or high for 5 to 5 1/2 hours.
Stir in the thawed green beans and cook on high for about 30 minutes or until tender.
Serve and enjoy!
